If your order is placed by 12:00PM Central Time (CST), we can generally print and ship the same business day. There are always exceptions; if you're under a hard deadline, please call ahead so that we can do our best to meet it.
Our shipping estimations are based on travel time once an order has left our facility. Most standard shipping methods arrive within 2-5 business days, but there can always be unexpected delays. Because of this, we cannot make guarantees on any delivery times. Order early!
If an expedited shipping option (Next Day, 2-Day etc) is not delivered on time, we can only refund the shipping fee (less packing and handling). UPS Next Day guarantee does not cover the value of the shipment's content.
All orders include tracking. Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address provided with the order once the package has been scanned at our local sorting facilities. If you have not received tracking within 48 hours of placing your order please check your spam folder.
We offer drop shipping as an option for shipping orders directly to your client for a $2 special handling fee. Drop ship orders are sent white label with no Sharp Prints branding or invoice. Make sure you are entering your information for the Billing Address, and your client's for the Shipping Address. We will use the Billing Address as the return address on the shipping label.
We charge simple flat shipping and handling fees. Yes, the same charge for one 8x10 or five thousand! The time we invest in packaging your order is similar for small and large sizes. We eat the extra shipping costs for large orders.
16x20s and larger may be shipped in tubes unless you order in larger quantities, which may ship in flat boxes. Also please note, an order with big prints and small prints in the same order may be sent in two separate packages to ensure safe delivery.
Prints are delicate and we take great care in getting them to you in perfect condition. If your prints arrive damaged due to carrier mishandling, or you believe there is a defect in the finished print, we will replace them at no cost. Take clear photos of the damage or defect and send them, along with your name and Print Order Number, to us at help@sharpprints.com. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with any issues.
Specialty products such as
canvas and
metal prints incur additional costs due to special handling required - this is calculated a checkout.
